Annett Diver joined ifp in 2001 having completed her studies in psychology and working abroad. During her time with ifp she has progressed from Team and Area Lead to Partner in the Management Diagnostics division. She has over 15 years of experience in management diagnostics, management development and in supporting organisations with their change processes. In her role as International Project Team Lead she also supports global clients.

Rolf Jacoby joined ifp in 1985 after working for several publishing companies and pursuing subsequent studies. Beginning in 1992, he established the Banks & Building Societies Team. Isabell Klawitter has been active in occupational aptitude testing, personnel and management development, and organizational development for over 20 years. She has also gained more than 14 years experience in business coaching. Having previously worked as a freelancer and in research, she joined ifp in 1992. Progressing through various positions in Executive Search, she moved to the Management Diagnostics division in 2003 where she became a Partner in 2010.
Dr. Maik Lehmann

His employment as a lawyer with a large law firm was followed by positions in two DAX corporations. The last position he held was as Managing Director. Maik Lehmann joined ifp eight years ago and has been able to place numerous executive and director level positions. He has a stable network of contacts in the ITC and media sectors which he has built up over the past 20 years.

As of 2012, Magnus Tessner is a Visiting Professor at BIT - Beijing Institute of Technology in Zhuhai, People's Republic of China.
