Before joining ifp, David Dessauer spent several years working for an organisational consulting firm specialising in education and training. He gained extensive experience in the conception, design and implementation of management development measures. He has been a consultant at ifp since 2019 and is responsible for the implementation of aptitude diagnostic procedures and support of projects in the area of management development. As a participant in the coaching curriculum of the German Psychology Academy, he is currently expanding his skills as a ‘coach for managers’.

After studying work and organisational psychology at the University of Maastricht, Moritz Luemen gained his first experience in the implementation of aptitude diagnostics as part of an initiative of the state of NRW in Germany. He is responsible for the conception and implementation of diagnostic procedures and projects in executive development.
