She is an experienced Executive Coach as well as a trainer. Born Romanian, Monica also fluently speaks German and English.

Liane Schmedemann has been working as an assistant at ifp for 18 years, initially for two years in the personnel consulting department in the back office. From 2003-2018, she worked as assistant to the partner and managing director Rainer Baecker and has worked as a partner’s assistant in the ifp management diagnostics division since 2019.

Norbert Villalta has gained more than 20 years of experience in personnel selection, aptitude diagnostics and leadership development. He worked as a senior consultant and team lead in the ifp executive search division from 1999 to 2006. He was then employed by national and international consulting companies before returning to ifp in 2015. Norbert Villalta is now an executive consultant in the management diagnostics division.

Dr. Nina Plum holds a degree in psychology and a PhD in business psychology. Before she decided to become a self-employed consultant, diagnostic expert and coach in 2018, she worked for various consultancies (Kienbaum Management Consultants, Capgemini Consulting) both nationally and internationally, focusing on aptitude diagnostics, talent management and leadership development. On the other hand, she has been responsible for HR and organisational development issues in various HR expert positions and in management in international industrial and service companies.
Dr. Nina Plum is a trained coach and licensed contractor for job-related aptitude diagnostics according to DIN 33430. In addition, she has various agile method qualifications and supports teams and companies in the implementation of "Objectives and Key Results" as an OKR coach. She has been an active project partner for us since 2019.

Sonja Kokoschka has extensive experience in strategic personnel management, talent management and in all areas relating to leadership development and diagnostics. In addition to her expertise as a top management consultant and coach, Ms. Kokoschka also has over 12 years of experience as an executive and HR division manager in prominent telecommunications and insurance companies. She has been an active project partner with ifp since 2018.

Iris Pieper has over 20 years of HR experience in line positions and as a consultant, gained across industries with global players and in medium-sized companies - 15 years of which in leadership and management positions at national and international level. In 2019, she started her own business as an HR consultant. Her main areas of expertise are HR and organizational development/change management, aptitude diagnostics and talent & leadership development. Since 2020, Iris Pieper supports ifp in management diagnostics and since 2021 as a project partner on various topics.

Valentin Kimmelmann studied psychology at the universities of Freiburg, Mannheim and Poitiers with a focus on business psychology. Initially, he worked as a freelancer for ifp for several years before joining ifp on a permanent basis in 2015 as a senior consultant. In addition to diagnostic tasks, he was also responsible for topics related to executive selection and development, as well as for the design of competency models and workshops. Since 2018, Valentin has been supporting us as a project partner.
