Isabell Klawitter has been active in occupational aptitude testing, personnel and leadership development, also organisational development for over 20 years. Furthermore, she has gained more than 14 years of experience in business coaching. Having previously worked as a freelancer and in research, she joined ifp in 1992. Progressing through various positions in Executive Search, she moved to the Management Diagnostics division in 2003 where she became a Partner in 2010.

Christina Ogon has gained more than 13 years of experience in personnel and organisational development in a large telecommunication company. After studying statistics with a minor in business administration, she has worked several years as a statistician and market researcher. In 2017, she has joined ifp as a senior consultant in the Management Diagnostics division.

Barbara Vienken has worked for more than 15 years for a DAX company, e.g. in the field of management diagnostics and development, for the CEO, or the internal audit department. Within her latest position she held responsible for the HR strategy department of the group. In 2018, she has joined ifp as an executive consultant in the Management Diagnostics division.

In the context of his qualification in Psychotherapy, Fabian Arimond has been working in both stationary and ambulatory settings within the psychotherapeutic health care. Subsequently, has been working as a consultant in the technology business. He has gained comprehensive experience in psychological diagnostics as well as in counselling of athletes and sport teams. He has been working as a Senior Consultant in the Management Diagnostics division since 2016.

For many years Eberhard Schenk worked as a manager for an international further training institute. He was active as an intercultural consultant, trainer and diagnostics expert world-wide, especially in China. He joined ifp in 2014.

Before joining ifp, Arne Seeburger worked as a consultant for aptitude diagnostics on behalf of a large automobile manufacturer. He has comprehensive experience in the conception and execution of diagnostic procedures and in the training of executives on topics relating to aptitude diagnostics. In 2017 he became a senior consultant in the Management Diagnostics division at ifp.

Vera Seifert has many years of experience in aptitude testing and personnel development. She has worked for Management Diagnostics since 2012, becoming a Senior Consultant in 2014. She previously worked for 10 years for a private bank in sales and marketing.

Norbert Villalta has gained more than 20 years of experience in personnel selection, aptitude diagnostics and leadership development. He worked as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead in the Executive Search division of ifp from 1999 to 2006. He was then employed by national and international consulting companies before returning to ifp in 2015. Norbert Villalta is now a Senior Consultant in the Management Diagnostics division.

Since 2018 she is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing projects in the fields of aptitude diagnostics and executive development at ifp Management Diagnostics.

Christiane Diefenbach has been working nationally and internationally in diagnostics and personnel consulting for 20 years, most recently as Group Director of an international personnel consulting firm. Her professional focus is on all aspects of aptitude diagnostics, talent management, business coaching and organizational development. Christiane Diefenbach joined ifp in 2018 as a Partner.

Dr Saskia-Maria Weh has many years of experience in the consulting industry. Most recently, she headed the Serviceline Development at Kienbaum Consultants International. She has extensive knowledge in management diagnostics and development as well as in strategic personnel development and has completed a coaching education. Dr Saskia-Maria Weh joined ifp in 2019 as a Partner.

After studying Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Maastricht, Moritz Lümen gained his first experience in the implementation of aptitude diagnostics as part of an initiative of the state of NRW, Germany. In 2017, he first went through the trainee program at ifp. Since 2018 he has worked as a consultant in management diagnostics and is responsible for the conception and implementation of diagnostic procedures and projects in the field of executive development.
