After completing his studies in psychology and additional training in human resource management, Alfred Herling worked for several years in human resource management before joining ifp in 2000. He leads one of the Insurance Team’s consulting groups.

Judith Lassalle has worked for ifp since graduating in psychology from the University of Cologne. She has gained a broad range of experience in filling top-management positions. Today, she is primarily involved in advising and supporting non-profit organisations.

Having achieved her Master's Degree in business psychology at the Fresenius University in Cologne, focussing on human resources and organisational psychology, Laura Hömmerich now works as a consultant in the Insurance & Non-Profit Organisations Team.

After having completed her Master’s Degree in industrial, organizational and personnel psychology at the University of Bonn, Lisa-Marie Nick joined the Insurance & Non-Profit Organizations Team at ifp as a consultant in July 2018.

After finishing his training and subsequent studies at the University of Cologne, Christian Schüssler fulfilled various management positions in the insurance industry, most recently as member of ‘Die Continentale Versicherungsverbund’ (Insurers Association) board. He made a career move to consulting in 2012 and has led the Insur-ance and Non-profit Organisations Team since.
