In the Executive Search division, we are always on the lookout for consultants who can adapt flexibly to the various client and business demands and have a good understanding of economic relations. In addition, excellent communication and organisational skills, professional expertise and a high sense of responsibility are essential.
As a consultant in our Management Diagnostics division, you should possess extensive knowledge in the fields of psychological aptitude diagnostics and management development. You will support our clients in the selection and development of management at all levels, in every sector. You will also assume responsibility for the design and execution of management audits and assessments, leadership feedback programmes, coaching, talent management and change projects.
As a trainee, you will become familiar with the typical activities of our consultants over a period of eighteen months in both divisions. In Executive Search, you will learn everything necessary concerning the search and selection process within a client’s remit. In Management Diagnostics, you will participate in the planning and implementation of management audits, individual or group assessments.
Through systematic and precise research into markets, industries, company information and officeholders, you actively support the consulting teams in our personnel consulting in the search for suitable candidates and thus make an essential contribution to the success of our search mandates. Telephone research, the identification of companies and the processing of organisational and personnel structures are also part of day-to-day business.
As a secretary and project assistant both in Executive Search or Management Diagnostics, you are an important part of the team and ensure the professional and smooth running of our projects. In the teams, you will be responsible for various organisational issues as well as for project assistance. You will be a competent contact person for clients and candidates both in correspondence and on the phone.
The ifp also sees itself as a training company and has set itself the goal of creating a sound basis for later professional life. During your training within secretarial or IT disciplines, you will get to know our office and business processes and actively work in different teams.
We offer interns the possibility to work on issues that pertain to both psychology and business. You will be involved in topics dealing with executive search, selection and development.
For intern positions we seek committed and enthusiastic university students who have a definite interest in human resources. The possibility exists to complete either a voluntary internship within an eight to twelve-week framework or a set period of at least eight weeks.
Internships are offered within both the Executive Search and Management Diagnostics divisions. We are members of the ‘Fair Company’ initiative.
